If you book this hotel for the pool, then don’t. The entire time that we were there, the pool did not work. However, the staff was wonderful, the rooms were decent, and the breakfast was outstanding. We were on a lovely hilltop. Perugia is a great city. I would return to that hotel.

Not really what you expect from a 4 star hotel in terms of amenities and cleaning. The room rugs in the floor that were a bit smelly. The pool was dirty

8/10 Very good

The staff were lovely (especially Angelo) and receptionists spoke English. Hotel very clean and light. Rooms decent size. Wi-Fi and TV reception useless! The restaurant was not open and apart from a couple of bars nowhere to eat nearby without walking into the City. About a 20 minute walk into Perugia.

mixed feelings

Mixed feelings, pandemia impacted hotels massively, I know, but this facility looks to be running without any maintanance for a couple of years at least. Using emergency staircase was a nigtmare, all dirt and dust, outside of the hotel, the same. dry plants, dirty and dusty, underground garage, nightmare, no lights, no cleaning at all. Rooms okeish, however they need some proper investment too. The reception was great and helpful, breakfast - nothing special, however impacted by the virus conditions. Distance to the real center is approx 2 kms, up to you if walking, bus stop is however outside. Enough parking spaces. In summary, okeish, but I will certainly not return if this stays the same.

Struttura datata, moquette che dimostra tutti i suoi anni. Decisamente poco igienica.

Goed gelegen tov Perugia. Mogelijkheid met openbaar vervoer Gubio te bezoeken. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Engelse goed machtig! Rooftopzwembad te klein en te warm. Te weinig ligbedden en geen schaduw. Ontbijt perfect. Gescheurde gordijnen in kamer. Conclusie totaal geen 4 sterren waard.

Perusia Hotel

6/10 Good

Pulizia OK.
