The room was dirty when we showed up. We had noisy neighbors and were told we could change rooms, then the booked all the rooms and told us nothing was available when we went to make the move.

Great stay

I was visiting Munich on vacation with my wife. We were very happy with our stay. The room was clean and spacious. Its a newer place so the condition of the hotel is very good. The breakfast buffet, which was included with the room offerred a great selection and plenty of food. You dont need lunch after the breakfast at the hotel. The location is about a 10 min walk to the Munich East train station which has connections to many places. There is also a large grocery store in close by, which we didnt use much but could be convenient. Parking was 20 Euro per day and there were not really any other options, but if you stay inside the ring road in Munich i think you have to accept you are going to pay for parking. I would happily stay here again

Checkin

Nobody at check in. Basically staff of Moxy run the residence Inn. However, they are very friendly. The only thing that's slightly annoying is the process of checking in, cause it's confusing and you can only access with cards, which make it hard to use the elevator to get to the reception. Hence have fun carrying your luggage up a proper flight of stairs

Huone oli oikein mukava, mutta vuodesohvalla oli kamala nukkua. Lapset 7- ja 11- vuotiaat valittivat kovista jousista, joten ei varmasti aikuinen pysty siinä nukkua. Petauspatja varmasti parantaisi asiaa. Tyynyt olivat lapsille kohtuuttoman isoja. Muuten huone oli puhdas ja mukava ja pieni keittonurkkaus oikein hyvä lapsiperheille ja miksei muillekin. Kylpyhuone hyvä ja puhdas. Aamupalalla voisi gluteenittomia vaihtoehtoja olla enemmän. Ei ollut mitään makeaa gluteenitonta herkkua, keksiä tms. Muuten ihan hyvä aamupala.
