It was an excellent stay because of the staff, all the staff working were genuinely wanting to make your stay the best it could be. They were kind, thoughtful but not intrusive. The bed was a bit hard for my liking however I would recommend and come back to stay time and time again because of the service we received.

Fantastic hotel, very clean and tidy. Great breakfast buffet each morning that staff were happy to start a little earlier if you were up and out early in the morning. Great location tucked away on Sunday Shopping Market street. It was amazing to watch the small street turn into a large shopping, food and entertainment center in hours and gone the next morning. We love staying at this hotel. This is the second time we have stayed here and we look forward to staying here again in the future. It’s in a good location centrally within Chiang Mai and is tucked away from the Main Street. The rooms have a good layout and the showers have good water pressure.

I stayed for three nights and had an amazing experience at this property, especially thanks to the fantastic staff. Upon check-in, I was initially assigned a room on the ground floor, but I requested a room on an upper floor. Even after settling into the original room, the manager returned within a couple of hours to move me to a higher floor, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff took the time to explain each local dish to guests, encouraging everyone to try them all. Their hospitality was exceptional! As for the location, it's perfect—right in the heart of the old town with everything within walking distance, including the Thapae Muay Thai arena and three out of the four most recommended temples. I just wish I could have stayed longer

The hotel is amazing, very well located, close to several attractions and great restaurants, the staff is sensational, always willing to help you. The room is very modern and comfortable, not to mention the free beverages in the lobby and rooms.
