8/10 Very good

The room was set up like an apartment and it was spacious. Everything you needed was there (kitchen, washing machine, large living room.) The only issue that I had is that there wasn’t a traditional front desk to assist with answering questions. The did answer questions by email or WhatsApp, but it did take a while.

Clean and good family rooms plus kitchen. Large rooms and bathroom. However, no air conditioning and only one noisy fan. Shower was awkward to use.

Federica made sure we were happy during our stay. We will stay here again if we visit Neuchatel. The place is in the town center and centrally located.

Fantastic appartment. So much better than I was expecting. Great value as well. Centrally located and with all the mod cons. It’s a pity Jerry the puppy dog didn’t like me. However, will stay again
