Booked a 4 night stay, Had to immediately request new room upon check in due to fowl/urine type odor in room. Front desk attendant was very kind and quick to get is into a new room. New room still had the fowl odor though bearable (it was near midnight at checkin and we were exhausted), we used our travel sprays to mask the smell daily. On day 2 the internet went out, could not access TV or internet, it did come back on late evening. Day 3, the one and only elevator went down, so no elevator, We did not check into a 3rd floor room expecting to do flights of stairs several times for 2 days, we get "things happen". Last night stay, back to room late, No TV again. Complete bummer for our anticipated chill time. Spoke with front desk upon check out re: all these issues, I get they are the managers and not owners, I did gracefully inform him how my stay was unpleasant as he did ask "How was your stay"? I did ask what return compensation would be for the inconveniences and lack of comfort in our stay, I was informed the owners world be notified and there was nothing they could do at moment. Fair enough, I get it, Comfort Inn is huge Corporation. I did feel the need to speak my mind, I had stayed here before, not stellar then (mainly r/t cleanliness of room floor with toe nails found on floor), though comfy enough to stay again. I will NOT stay here again, plenty of other options in this area. I will say the coffee, b'fast and friendliness of staff on point.
