Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The included breakfast each day was great. Renting bikes is the way to see Copenhagen. The central location of the hotel made it easy to get everywhere we wanted via bike.

A small but fairly organised room. Not very isolated, could hear other guests in their rooms both talking and going to the toilet. But not so bad that it woke me up I can add. Breakfast was okay, a big buffet and the staff smiling and worked hard to keep it filled up even though it was extremely busy both days. My measure is always how are the scrambled eggs and bacon and to be honest, both were pretty bad during my stay. Baggage room could use an upgrade. But everything was pretty clean and all the staff, lobby, breakfast and housekeeping were smiling and friendly and very helpful. It was not an expensive stay so if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel I can recommend this one.

Beautiful lobby with ice water always on tap. Staff was helpful and professional. The breakfast was amazing. Worth it! The location was easy as everything was walkable within 30 minutes and we love walking. Room was small for four and thank goodness there was a fan because our room faced the sun and it got really stuffy.

I had a three night stay here in a triple room with my sister and my niece. The room had a twin bed and a sofa bed all of which were spacious and comfortable. The room is south and bathroom were small but very clean and well kept. The location of the hotel was perfect, we were in the Vesterbro neighbourhood which is within five minutes walking distance of the main central station for the train and Metro. We only needed this to get to the hotel from the airport, apart from this we walked the whole city and got the odd Uber if it was raining or late at night.

A super hotel close to the hustle and bustle of Copenhagen city centre. The room was comfortable and had plenty of plug outlets (I think we counted 12!). Nothing was to much when we asked the hotel stafr (e.g. milk for our tea or to store our luggage on the day of departure). We would consider staying here again if we visited the city in the future.

Comfortable bed, phenomenal location, clean. Unacceptably useless WiFi. Window was actually a door that led to a communal balcony and outdoor hallway, so the only way to open the window meant opening a door that anyone could walk or look into if passing by…very uncomfortable and questionably unsafe with potentially no privacy. Hotel description should include this so travels are aware ahead of time.

As a female solo traveler, I felt very safe with the location of the hotel and staff presence in the lobby. Breakfast buffet was a wide range of vegetarian options and just delicious! Comfortable seating and great wifi. Hotel location is great and I would stay here again. Also, one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on in any hotel.

Great breakfast and a nice room. We had to air out when we returned cause the hotel does not seem to have much ventilation. We could also hear the street down below well, but wasnt bothered by it. The hotel provides earplugs if needed.

The best part of the property is their fantastic breakfast buffet and proximity to the city center and central station and 1km walking distance to metros. There is a netto grocery store a stones throw away! There ends the brownies. The rooms are super small for 4 person accommodation . Basically they roll out the sofa bed and that setup practically exhausts all floor space in the room. The main bed is so soft that you end up with back pain. The sofa bed on the other hand was quite comfortable. There are no a/c in these rooms but you can open the windows to regulate temps. Also forget taking metro to hotel if you are a typical American traveller with lots of luggage, there’s that 1 km walk from metro.
