The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location. At breakfast, the selection was limited. I did not enjoy my stay at this place. If I return to Rio, which I probably will, this hotel is off the list of places to stay. At the front desk, and everyone else, were very disconnected and vague about everything. The rooms are run down and the photos are deceptive. Staff on the front desk are the worst I have ever experiened. The woman who checked us in was rude, arrogant and incompetent. It seems she gave us the worst rooms she could find - unless they are all this bad. Requested two rooms together in advance, multiple times, and she tried to put us in one room. Then blamed us for not requesting the two rooms, together. Checkout was almsot as bad as we had to wait whilw the two people on the desk finsihed their jobs and converstion before even acknowledging us. atendimento cordial dos funcionarios, limpeza do quarto muito boa (trocavam as toalhas , mesmo sem pedir), um café da manhã excelente com tudo necessario para a primeira refeição do dia, a cama superking muito confortável. O imóvel é antigo, portanto necessita de alguns ajustes: tive alguma dificuldade em abrir o chuveiro , mas consegui. No mais, a localização é muito boa porque tem tudo por perto e facil acesso ao metrô e outras mobilidades da cidade.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e a equipe muito prestativa (atenderam imediatamente duas intercorrências que passamos). O lado negativo é que a temperatura do quarto não tem regulagem e o local de banho, além de uma banheira, que pode trazer riscos para quem tem dificuldade de mobilidade, tem o chuveiro muito baixo (tivemos que tomar banho, quase agachados).
