Super friendly staff. Great location near a bunch of restaurants. Budget friendly for Vancouver and not far from the cruise port. We ended up taking an Uber because the port shuttle was full, but that would have been a nice amenity. Loved La Petit Saigon for dinner.

Very clean room. Great free morning breakfast. Staff very helpful and nice. The distance to downtown Vancouver is closer to 40 mins due to traffic. The hotel does sit on a busy road (W Hastings) so the balcony for front facing rooms is definitely not needed or desired. Has a free shuttle service to the portfor cruise passengers and you just need to reserve your spot. Would definitely stay there again.
