Exceptional value. The only negative was the noise from the street. Recommend paying slightly more for a garden room which is at the rear. A wonderful hotel

This is a very nice and updated hotel away from the city center. They have a wonderful buffet breakfast and an on site garage. The pleasant surprise was a complimentary tram ticket for the entire family so that we could get to the city center. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in ok condition. Staff is nice, with the exception of one lady in restaurant, which is so rude and disrespectful on treatment of the guests. Rooms are a little old, not air condition available. In family rooms, they don’t offer queen beds for families, just offer two single beds and a very hard sofa bed. Parking is very convenient and secure. Restaurant is great, food is good.

Ich habe das Hotel wegen dem Fullservice Wellnessbereich gebucht. Bei der Ankunft wurde mir gesagt, das der Bereich nur bis 21.00 Uhr geöffnet sei und gegen eine Gebühr von 19.50 € die Sauna für mich angemacht werden kann. Das stand in keiner Beschreibung. Ich sehe auch in einen Fullservice Wellnessbereich etwas mehr. Hätte ich es bei der Buchung gewusst, hätte ich mich für ein günstiges Hotel entschieden. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig und das Hotel bietet ein gutes Frühstück. Beim Frühstücksservice gibt es eine Person, die mit unerwarteten Situation nicht zurecht kommt. Hier habe ich miterlebt, wie Sie ein älteres Ehepaar zurecht gewiesen hat, nur weil Sie sich an einem noch nicht eingedeckten Tisch gesetzt hatten...

Das Frühstück war sehr ausgiebig und vielfältig. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, das Bad könnte etwas größer sein, nichts für beleibte Menschen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und habe super geschlafen. Ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Besonders das Personal ist zu loben, sehr aufmerksam und am Service lässt sich nichts meckern. Wie immer waren wir sehr zufreiden mit dem Aufenthalt im Balance Hotel. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr sauber, Check In und Check Out waren schnell und problemlos, das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker und das Service-Personal war superfreundlich, sehr aufmerksam und humorvoll. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren schon öfter im Balance Hotel und wir werden es auch immer wieder tun.
