The hotel was more than perfect for us (not fancy but very suitable ). Receptionists were very very helpful. Room was clean however they do not have any cleaning services unless you order one and pay extra. the location was very good, safe and quiet with several cafes around.The hotel was near the champselysee and the place de L'alma/trocadero/tour eifel. I highly recommend the hotel

Thank you very much for the warm welcome. Kaspar from the reception was very courteous, and the young woman who was there today was also lovely. Everyone responded to our requests with a smile. Highly recommended hotel – close to the Eiffel Tower and located in an area with public transport and many restaurants. Thank you for the hospitality – we will definitely come back.

Although we did not get daily cleaning services (the unit was an apartment), we had easy access to additional towels, toiletries, etc. The breakfast had an outstanding selection and the dining area was really nice. Great location and lots of shops around, easy walkable access to main attractions such as champs élysées, tour Eiffel, and the metro. However, some of the rooms are extremely small and you never know which one you will get- we had a great room one stay and a much smaller room the next, with barely any space to walk around the bed, or to sit at a table.
