Looks a bit worn down from the outside, but the room itself was very fine. Plenty of parking spaces. Reasonably priced and located within walking distance from many attractions.

The room apparently was clean however there were cockroaches in the toilet. We had to leave the hotel. My other issue with all this is that i still had to pay for the night regardless.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms although dated were clean and comfortable, Parking was a bit tight on Saturday night but everyone managed. The coffee in the office was always hot fresh and good and the breakfast packages were also a nice touch. It is close to Byward Market which was a nice approx. 15 minute walk. The only downside really was the number of down on their luck people in asking for help at he property and on route. Sad thing to see. I would definitely return as the price and proximity to everything is great.

On arrival ample on site parking was stress free. Friendly and efficient check-in. Accommodation exactly as described with full size under-counter fridge and microwave oven. Simple bagged breakfast with unlimited coffee was fine. Not too noisy from main road. Good air-con if needed.

This plays gets good reviews but still surprised me pleasantly. It's not flashy but perfectly decent, with clean, spacious, pleasant rooms in a great downtown location. Parking is free and the lot seems reasonably secure. All in all it’s a well run hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely book again when I'm back in town.

The ecolodge was well located within easy walking distance of the city center and lots of restaurants. The room was very spacious but a bit tired. We had a great time and the free parking was really useful. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Hotels in Ottawa are expensive to begin with. Staying here saved us $100 and it showed. The room was okay. Parking lot had huge potholes. Staff was friendly. Everything we could live with but one thing means we will not be coming back. Our son is a gamer and uses the hotel TV hdmi to play his Xbox. Unfortunately this hotel had the Clean brand remote control (same as hospitals) and we were unable to get the setup for his Xbox. We did ask the night staff for help but we were told the tech person left for the day. She did move us to another room to try to help us out, but it was the same set up.

The place is in a great location, close to the airport, restaurant and other amenities. However, the breakfast option is very bad. 1kid pouch juice, a muffin and a yogurt, coffee/tea everyday same thing. I would hope they have better options.
