I love this place!

I did the 4 day bus from Sao Paulo to Manaus and there was no question that this where I wanted to stay. I've stayed here before and love it. Great staff, great location, great price, elevators, great water pressure in the shower. I absolutely love staying here.

The location is fine, the hotel is rundown, staff are ok. We had issues with the room we ve been placed, but thanks to Israel it could be sorted. He was the one making sure we had a good time and had our needs attended.

Pool was non-operative. The workout room only TWO pieces of equipment that actually worked. Just 20 kilo of hand weights. GREAT breakfast. Overall good for the money, BUT need to fix amenties.

The lift was always breaking, toilet ceiling was leaking, shower head was broken and water was going everywhere but underneath it. Air conditioner was very noisy, specially because there were 3 per floor on the same outside wall, right by the window. Very bad experience. I will never go back.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! we showed up and they didn’t have a room for us. Expedia did nothing about it and told us to find a new place ourselves. No refund for the stay. The front desk people gave me a email to send for a refund. Completely ignored. They basically took our money and made us find a new place.

Dividi um apartamento com um colega de trabalho. Como éramos duas pessoas e meu amigo quis logo descansar e eu tinha outras coisas a resolver externamente, solicitei uma segunda chave (cartão codificado) para poder acessar o quarto sem ter que acordar meu amigo, mas foi negado pela recepção. Disseram "não ser possível" fornecer outra chave. Se são duas pessoas, normalmente se fornecem duas chaves. Por fim, tive que acordar meu amigo para retornar ao quarto.

o hotel esta super bem localizado e o café da manhã é simples, mas bom...tem várias opções e sempre era reposto. Único inconveniente foram as camas.. muito moles e literalmente tinha um buraco na cama, o que deixava a cama super desconfortável.

Não encontraram meu agendamento no Hotel, Que eu sempre pago 1 diaria antes e 1 diaria depois, pra ter conforto. Cheguei com a familia, suoer cansados, idosos, criança, depois de 11h de onibus inter estadual. Com fome, todos nós. Horario do café acabando. Ficamos quase 1h em pé, aguardando providências. A Gerente do dia 18, depois de muitas idas e vindas, resolveu a nossa estadia. Até pouque eu tinha tudo registrado, inclusive, avisei o Hotel que só chegaria na manhã seguinte, como sempre aviso. Dei o horário que chegaríamos. Tudo registrado. Dormimos mal. As camas horríveis. Os colchoes antigos, formam um buraco no meio. Ficamos com dor na coluna. No corpo todo. Todo mundo. Os dois quartos. Precisam mudar os colchoes urgentes. Ar-cindicionados ficam no 25 e não altera de forma alguma. Um calor doido. Um barulho louco no compressor, do quarto da minha filha. O café da manhã muito fraco. Sem variedade. Sem salgados, Pães de queijo, um simples cuscuz, sem nada. Pães murchos. Poucas frutas. Enfim, deixa a desejar. O atendimento do 1° dia foi muito dificil. Nos constrageram. Me senti envergonhada. Humilhada, com minha familia. Depois, melhorou um pouco, nos outros dois dias. A limpeza é boa. A moça so esqueceu de deixar papéis higiênicos uma vez, tudo bem. A piscina é muito boa. É limpa. Gostamos. A localização é muito boa.
