There are too many mosquitoes in the room & restaurant. The rooms need a renovation. The staff were friendly & helpful. The view of River Nile was spectacular

Everything was great. The staff are very friendly and housekeeping was great as well. The restaurant food was great as well as the included breakfast. My only complaint is that the pool area was under renovations. I wish that would have been advised at the time of booking. But, it needed to be done and in a few weeks the pool area will be completly remodled for the summr guests.

The staff, the room and the scenic was a great experience. The greetings and support from the front desk stands out. Breakfast could improve. However, the staff was very attentive. The pool was nice. However, the service at the pool was slow. We where two customers, but the staff didn't bother to ask if we needed something morer.

Wonderful stay at the Jinja Nile Resort

I had a wonderful stay at the Jinja Nile Resort! I thought the food was very good, the place was clean, and the rooms were very nice. I slept great here because it was quiet and the AC worked unlike other places I stayed. The staff here were unbelievably helpful. I had an unexpected emergency and they had to take me to the hospital for an overnight stay and bring me back. They were very caring and helpful. I highly recommend this resort!
