The kindness of Kristina, Angus & Naufal in the reception was amazing was absolutely amazing and I think that's one of the most important things to make your stay enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious. Loved the sauna, pool and jacuzzi and in general it was a good time off for me. I'll certainly be back. Thanks guys!!! :)

Absolute amazing 5 stars customer services, friendly team from the concierge, wonderful experiences with people. Love the bed, sleep immediately a few things would be wonderful can be facilitated … free car park is really needed .. that kind of stop us for long stay as we don’t know where to put the car. A bit disappointed that I was located on 2/F which overlooked the terrace with people walking in front of me, though my room was upgraded to 1 bedroom apartment. However my sister and husband who arrived on 9th was upgraded to 2 a bedroom on 8/F and they were very pleased with it.
