A good place to stay in. Thanks guys

It was a good stay. I liked many things there like the price, the fantastic balcony, and the place which is a few meters from the Metrobus station.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable The experience couldn't have been more incredible. The people are always there to help Hotel staff were so kind and gentle especially Mr Yosouf, he did help me a lot. Those who want to visit istanbul and reside in esenyurt and beylikduzu should give this hotel a try,

The room was very clean and comfortable but the bathroom was super small and the toilet 🚽 and shower were enclosed in one spot. I’m if you installed a toilet inside your shower. I did like that it was super clean in the room

2/10 Poor

The place is price is cheap and the place is horrible. At least the room I stayed in. It was dirty and stinky. Dirty sheets pillows and everything. To top it all of, It had multiple cockroaches. Disgusting. Worst hotel experience in Turkey.

2/10 Poor

The room wall was all moldy, and the washroom was very bad. There was no leg space while sitting on the toilet The sink was very small. There was no enough space to wash hands.

It's a trap

The room has an awful smell and was not cleaned from the previous guest's dirt. I found many bad things in the bathroom. Also, I took a cold shower because of the missing hot water.

Not as advertised. Room was almost destroyed. Toilet was broken. They offered half a refund after making the complaint which was not fair. They promised to fix everything so call them before you book.

Life time worst experience

I am not a complaint type but the place is not what it seems. I paid and I didn’t even stay. Its in general an unpleasant place by all means. * I dont know if their are any checks on listing but this was a bad experience. Writing this to save your time while you are enjoying the beautiful city

The owner wanted me to cancel Expedia reservation to avoid paying Expedia share. But I refused and He insisted to take cash payment while he accepted credit card payment from other customers. also he refused to give us official invoice. The owner was rude. They didn't clean the room. Location is fine and price is good.
