"C’est un hôtel vraiment superbe et bien situé! Le personnel était vraiment sympathique et efficace… et en plus ils nous offrent des masques et produits d’hygiène additionnels (mousse et gel facial)! L’hôtel est propre et les chambres spacieuses (nous avions une Deluxe avec lits jumeaux). Je recommande fortement!"

"Overall modern business hotel, clean and well maintained. The room and bathroom size were adequate for a single traveler. Breakfast options provided good value, food was prepared fresh on the spot and tasted delicious. The reception, cafeteria, and room service staff were top notch, friendly, courteous and very well trained in their respective areas of responsibility. The cafeteria was serving breakfast daily between 7:00-9:30am, but was open and accessible to hotel guests 24 hours / 7 days with unlimited hot/cold beverages, access to toaster oven/microwave, utensils and sit down dining facilities. The property also included access to 2 washer/dryer machines with clear and easy to follow instructions in English; status of the machines (available or in-use) was also available remotely via hotel's TV system. Overall A+ hotel that made a 3 week stay in the beautiful Metropolitan Kobe region extremely enjoyable. Highly recommended!"

"Loved the location of the hotel, looks amazing from outside. The room was a bit outdated- carpets in the room and hallway was quite dirty and stained. Could do with a refresh of new furniture and carpets. Great view of the city, comfortable bed, had amenities, useful to have a family mart downstairs as nearest konbini was a 10mins walk."

"Wonderful stay. Very upscale, but we were never looked down upon even though we were just there for a brief honeymoon stay. We paid for one day of the breakfast, and it was delicious. It was nice to have the Family Mart right in the hotel, as well as ways to heat up the meals you could purchase from there."
