BEWARE: If you’re wondering why this extended stay hotel is relatively inexpensive, there’s a reason for that.
I arrived after midnight, because my flight was delayed. Upon entering the lobby, no one was there. It took over 20 minutes of ringing the doorbell, calling the front desk phone when I’m literally standing in front of it to get somebody’s attention, and THEN, calling Sonesta’s 1-800 number to get someone to the lobby, who finally did. The rather rude man who checked me in never apologized, nor directed me to where my room was at until I asked him where it was.
The room itself was absolutely disgusting. There was paint coming off the wall, stains all over the carpet, no cups or dishware, the WiFi was hit or miss (mostly miss). The only reason I didn’t circle back around to the front desk was I didn’t have the patience to wait again for the same man to answer my concerns.
I hated my experience here enough that I left a day earlier and went elsewhere.
