Great place to stay for families! Hotel is a little dated but still clean. Waterpark was crowded in evening and older teens/adults were playing rough with no consideration of young children. The morning hours were much better. Pool opens at 8am and was less crowded and more enjoyable. Take your own towels for the pool. Hotels provides towels at pool but they are tiny and you can’t take from pool area. No elevator so it’s a hike if you’re in second floor.

Overall a nice hotel. It was awesome to be swimming inside in a heated pool while it was 5 degrees outside. Breakfast was kind of simple. But meet our needs. Only complaint is that the room could've been a little cleaner.

When I was checking in the lady was very rude and basically said that anyone who was not staying in the hotel room was not allowed on the premises and had to leave. So only my daughter from out of town and her boys were allowed to stay we couldn’t visit with them at all.

We had a great stay. The splash harbor was a wonderful activity for a stop during a long road trip. The kids loved it and didn’t want to leave. The water was warm and the pool was only up to 4’ so the kiddos could play independently. The staff was very sweet and the room was just the right size for our family of 4. We loved it!! My little ones had a blast . This is aimed for young kids so it was perfect and plenty to do. The breakfast was delicious many different options. My only complaint was chain lock was broke on it for and we didn't notice until we went to use before bed and called front desk to report no answer. But really we felt safe using just the regular lock. So we will definitely be returning!!!!!
