Simple hotel. The reception staff (reception guy) wasn't very welcoming or helpful. Didn't outline the breakfast times (8-10 in the end) - told us it was at 9 no flexibility told us to check out by 10h30- the booking said 12. The guy at breakfast was great - polite, présent, welcoming. The hotel is well positioned and actually fine for the rest. Just be ready to stand up for your rights... ;-)

The place was clean and the personnel was very friendly. The breakfast was good with local foods. But the hotel is very old and the furniture was not in a good shape. The bathroom was horrible. There was not a real bathroom door, rather a PVC folded panel that doesn’t really close. The water was leaking to the room. The bed was huge and there was practically no room for our stuff… I would give 6/10 overall but the hotel was very expensive for what we had in return.

We couldn't find the entrance, it looked locked up, until the lady came out. The room was so small, we could not even lay down our suitcases. The bathroom was the smallest one we have ever seen in many years of travel (probably 1 x 1,5 m).

Biz (yetişkin) 3 kişilik aile olarak aslında genel olarak memnun kaldik. Otele ilk geldiğimizde belediyenin bir kaç saatliğine otelin suyunu kestiğini öğrendik. Ellerimizi dökme su ile yıkayıp gezimize çıktık. Otel yönetimi bize dört yataklı fakat çatı katında tavanı eğri balkonlu bir oda verdi. Haliyle küçük wc/duş da öyleydi. Saç kurutma makinesi/duş malzemeleri vardı, havlular tertemizdi. Eylül ayının sonunda havanın soğumasıyla tabii balkonda oturmak imkansızdı. Çay/kahve için otel sahibinin gelini bizlere termosta sicak su getirdi (odada kettel yok, pet şişede su vardi). Otele girerken kapıda ayakkabı poşeti giydirmek çok doğru bir uygulama. Sabah kahvaltıda otelde üç odalık misafir daha olduğunu gördük. Otel kahvaltısı bu pandemi zamanında masaya önceden hazırlanmıştı, diğer misafirlerden uzak, yöresel yiyeceklerle. Araba park yeri hemen kapının önünde.

Küre Dağları Milli Parkı gezisi için otel son derece güzel bir konuma sahip. Özellikle temizlik konusunda çok özen gösteriyorlar. Kahvaltısı çok lezzetli. Yumurtalar kümesten taze geliyor :) Otel sahibi Ahmet Bey de misafirleriyle oldukça ilgili ve hoş sohbet. Bizi dostça ağırladığı için kendisine tekrar teşekkür ediyoruz.

Çarşaf, havlu , dolap gibi kullanim alanları ve eşyalar temizdi fakat oda yer temizliği orta idi. Kahvaltı açık büfe değildi fakat doyurucu ve çeşitlilik yeterliydi. Görevli arkadaşlar sorduğumuz her konuda çok yardım severdi. Otelin konumuda hem kanyonlara hem ılıca şelalesi ne oldukça yakındı. Otelin bulunduğu ilçede güzeldi.
