Hotel room was modern and very clean with nice bright windows. Hotel is lacking amenities such as slippers, free tea/coffee machine in the lobby. Hotel is very convenient and walking distance to trains and shops.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Metro and S-train stations, making it easy to get around the city. Both the room and bathroom were spacious, and the hotel also offers luggage storage, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

had a really spacious double room. Good location near the central station and short walk to the city centre. Nice breakfast, though the buffet area easily got crowded.

Great location near train station and Tivoli. Staff is wonderful. I had sore feet from heavy tourist activity after my first couple of days and the staff was kind enough to give me ice a couple nights which saved me and probably made the difference in me acclimating v. getting a bruise that could have been a stress injury. Great room.

The location is perfect for links with train station and subway. So central for walking around and exploring. Rooms very clean and comfortable. A little in the small side and not much ‘hanging space’ for clothes for more than a few days.
Staff very helpful, WiFi good and if you choose to breakfast here, lots of choice but so many other options elsewhere would probably spend less for better/as good.

This room was great. It had a little area off to its side for our teenage son. He had privacy in a way. The breakfast was great. The location was excellent. It was a very active hotel but very quiet. The staff easily helped us with bags and taxis in both ends of our stay. We would stay here again.

The hotel is a pretty standard 4 star hotel. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. It's in a really great location - 5 minutes wall to tivoli.
My only complaint would be that you have to request for your rooms to be cleaned the day before otherwise it's not done (the hotel states this about the environment but we all know it's about saving money).
The hotel is also quite expensive for what it is but that's most likely down to the location.
I'd happily stay again if visiting Copenhagen.

Great location, only a short walk from the Train Station with suitcases. Staff were friendly, made it a breeze to hire bikes for the day to explore Copenhagen.
Only issue we found was that the curtains weren't completely block out with a early morning sun, did mean we were up and at it nice and early!

Great room setup for family of four (we technically had two rooms, connecting). They each had two queen beds. So that was great! But, also the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We knew nothing about Copenhagen and they helped us navigate our trip. They were really great.

As you walk into the hotel it feels fresh and welcoming. The reception staff greeted us with a smile, and we instantly felt at ease. Check-in was simple. The hotel and the room appeared clean and well-maintained. There is a focus on the environment as well which I appreciate. The room was cleaned when asked for. The room was a nice size and the bathroom a good size. The only criticism was that the shower screen was not very big and you would find the bathroom floor getting quite wet. Also, we stayed during a heatwave and the air conditioning was not effective. All in all, though we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend the hotel as a place to stay in Copenhagen.

It was quite odd to request for room service via QR code in the first place. Had expected a daily service from a hotel service point of view. Dates requested for clean up was not fulfilled. We requested for 2 days and only 1 day was fulfilled.
We stayed in a junior suite and the light at the wardrobe area was not working. One of the toilet door could not be locked and had to wait for technician to repair it on Monday. We checked in on Sat.
The cleaning service could have refilled the tea bags too which they did not when they clean up the room. So it’s only 2 teabags for the 4 nights we stayed in.
Security could be tightened a bit more. Saw a lady who requested for her room number and claimed to have the card key and that she forgot the room number. Though they did not provide the room number they just allowed the lady to walk and loiter at the lift lobby. Could have asked for an identity or else escort her out of the hotel as the card key could be stolen.
Overall, location was great and convenient to bus stops and train stations. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Our stay was very pleasant. It is a very big hotel maybe meant more for business travel tan for family stays simply because of the size of it, and that there were a lot of business groups.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is overall very clean, and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are of a good size, not huge but comfortable.
The breakfast buffet is very well managed, with plenty of food and beverages. It is fresh, well prepared. We enjoyed it a lot.
There are a few areas that are a little bit run down if I must be honest, specially the elevators that are very small, only 3 people fit comfortably, if you have suitcases it’s probably maximum 2 people. So you have to wait long to use them and they feel a bit old. I used the stairs a few times.
A few walls, including the bedroom, need to be wiped down and maybe repainted here and there, but nothing major.
Overall it was a good experience.

This hotel is NOT kid-friendly at all. I booked this hotel solely because the photos prominently feature the pool and Finnish sauna, and my child loves swimming. Only after I made a non-refundable reservation was I informed that access to the pool and Finnish sauna requires advance reservations and is restricted to guests 16 years and older.
This information should be impossible to miss. Most people choose a hotel by looking at the photos, room details, and amenities—not by reading pages of fine print. If the pool and Finnish sauna are prominently featured in the photos but are unavailable to children, there should be a large, clear warning before payment, not hidden in the booking details.
This completely changed our vacation. My family had been looking forward to enjoying the pool and Finnish sauna, especially our child, who was excited to swim. Finding out that we couldn’t use these facilities after arriving was incredibly disappointing and stressful. It cast a shadow over our entire 4-day trip and ruined one of the main reasons we booked this hotel in the first place.
I booked through Hotels.com (Expedia), so I don’t know whether the hotel or the booking platform is responsible. Either way, the lack of transparency cost me €1000 on a non-refundable reservation.
Families with children should avoid booking this hotel if the pool and Finnish sauna shown in the photos are important to your stay. Don’t assume they’re available just because they’re prominently advertised.
