For being the caliber of hotel it is, I was disappointed as there was no hot water in the shower then bathroom could have been cleaner, and the reception area staff were pleasant but somewhat aloof with their service. I did thoroughly enjoy the restaurant within the hotel and the wait staff.

Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. Their food is amazing, I wasn’t very keen on the breakfast but food its self is 👌. I would definitely book again & again The only down thing with this hotel is their royal & presidential suite is over prized.

I would say the hotel is overpriced for what you get. The rooms are outdated, they should have been renovated for 10-15 years ago. They are doing a renovation of one part of the building, and it will probably be nice. But in this condition the rooms are now, it’s not worth it at all. The pool area is nice, so is the lobby.
