For an older hotel, it is well maintained and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They fulfilled every request in a timely manner and with a smile on their voice. The Concierge, Phillip was very good and helpful. His knowledge of the city helped navigate us around to complete our photo shoot. My only negative would be the elevator wait time. I think only one elevator was working. And it was small, so every time it arrived, it was full. But I will deal with that because everything else was great.
