Excellent hotel, convenient location. Staff were nice, not so the most helpful at times but okay. Would book again when visiting Osaka

The room was perfect and super comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect!! Enjoyed our stay!

6/10 Good

Dated. Rooms are smaller than other hotels of this class. Staying in a premium room as well I was concerned with noise. I can hear my neighbours, and I can hear the hallway. Window coverings are scratched and bumped, there is noticeable scratching on table too. No mini bar snacks or drinks are available. Express check out is a win (drop cards in box and leave). My first time giving Hilton a try, I am hoping other Hilton hotels are not the same but will pass on them for now

6/10 Good

Extremely hot in Osaka, but lack of reasonable air conditioning in our Executive Level room made sleeping very uncomfortable. At night air flow was practically non-existent even at the lowest setting. The mattress was also not very comfortable. Very clean however and staff were very friendly and helpful. Executive Lounge was well supplied and staffed during service hours.

8/10 Very good

Clean room, staff friendly The amenities I wish that was a coin laundry. The buffet breakfast was every day the same what it was very boring for 9 days stay.
Verified review

10/10 Exceptional

Hotel coffee and breakfast in the Executive Lounge and Folk Cafe were excellent offerings to start each day. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby. If trains are your thing for adventuring, Osaka Station is just across the street. Otherwise, taxi options always available and waiting just outside of the hotel lobby. Very attentive staff, helpful, willing to accommodate various requests always with kindness and a smile. Would stay here again and will recommend to others who plan to visit.

Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Staff was helpful everywhere except at the cafe. They were not helpful or friendly at the My Place Cafe. Rooms were more western than other locations we stayed in Japan, which is what I thought we might want toward the end of our trip. Nice overall. Good location.
