The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downfall was i personally thought that duvets and duvets covers needed to be replaced as they had stains on the duvets and covers were torn. When speaking to the reception they replaced them straight away. The rooms were very clean. Very ideal for a family as there was a supermarket next door and a carrefour few minutes away. The hotel was very family friendly . I enjoyed my stay.

Clean room. WiFi was too slow, not suitable for working. One or a few cleaning staffs might need to be trained a bit as the bath mat was wet and some of my stuff was displaced when I came back to my room. But aside from WiFi and minor issues, it was good.

Its exceptional location, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding staff truly surpassed our expectations. Situated in a vibrant area, just a short 10-minute walk to Osmanbey and in proximity to malls like Cevahir, this hotel is perfect for a holiday. Customer service is excellent. Whenever we need something, in less then 2 min it is in our room Room are a little bit small and very old. Cleaning room is not perfect, they just remove garbage and do the beds

The staff here were very attentive, we would call room service twice a day and each time they would come immediately and even though there was a slight language barrier they did try their best. Housekeeping was really polite too. The room itself is nice, the negative is that there is no view (I was looking at a wall with painted murals in both rooms i stayed in). The hotel is located on a busy main street so be careful when crossing the road but this street has many facilities. We had our hair done around the corner; nails done across the street, there’s bakeries and smaller stores and about 10 mins down the road you can find a main road with mcdonald’s, starbucks etc

The location was good and staff were helpful, but the property is in need of maintenance and furniture were stained. Our bathroom had a water damaged ceiling and the toilet flush was faulty. The shower was not working that good either. Also there were cigarettes' buts left outside our window and I remember requesting a smoke-free room. Over all more attention to details and cleanliness can help this hotel.
