Our stay at the Swissotel was wonderful. The hotel is in a great location, close to all major attractions as well as the Central Train Station. Rooms are not huge, but it had everything we needed, we especially liked the expresso machine and refrigerator. The bathroom was recently updated. Breakfast was very good, and all the staff were super friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend staying at this property! The location is amazing, quick and easy walk from the train station, easily walkable to lots of shopping, museum district, parks, and restaurants. The best hotel, amazing location! Close to a lot of places waking distance also the rooms were big (US size) and clean. The staff was very kind helping us, they explained us where to get the Uber. The Swissotel Amsterdam was a lovely place to stay. So central with a tram stop right out the front, and surrounded by hundreds of amazing food vendors. Only short tram rides to museums, Albert Cuyp, the Heineken experience and Jordaan. The staff were extra lovely. The room was a great size and was well air-conditioned for hot days. Would stay again.
