Everything was great. Staff were extremely friendly. They even had a little dog biscuit for our shepherd cross fur companion. Hotel treated dog great … area around the hotel not the best for walking them. Beautiful park nearby but dogs are not even allowed to be walked through it! Great hotel - shame on City of Kamloops for dog friendly parks downtown. Maybe we didn’t explore enough though.

The good: comfortable bed, great location downtown, the outdoor heated pool and hot tub (although closes early at 9:30pm) and helpful staff. The bad: you will hear everything in the halls. Sound-proofing is sorely lacking. Every door shutting, every conversation, every laugh. We stayed in 222 and it was loud! Also, the parking was very expensive at $44/day.
