Everything about this hotel was perfect. Location was close to train and downtown. Room and waiting area very clean. Staff was very helpful as we speak very little of the language. The bar and eatery was also nice to have onsite once we were done for the day. If in Dresden stay here.

Friendly and helpful reception team; Anne and Phillip were very efficient at check-in and able to provide directions to sites and places to eat nearby. Exceptionally clean and spacious room with plenty of electrical outlets. Parking is limited, access-controlled and connected to the property but not guaranteed as it is first-come-first-served. We were able to park on property without any problem. This is a SUPER Super 8 in Dresden… Far above and beyond the standards of Super 8 hotels in the United States.

Nice budget hotel in Dresden

Nice hotel for a Night in Dresden. Parking can be difficult to access and costs 27Eur for a night and the area- but not the hotel - has a run down look. Once inside everything is fine and location is fine for a walk around the inner city.

Positives: Bed, Cleanliness, Air conditioning quiet room, location - several tram lines, breakfast offering Negatives: TV Remote and room safe did not work and no maitenance man to repair them, organisation of breakfast buffet, very small room, no closet or refrigerator. Hotel is good for a 3 to 4 day stay, but not longer. The central location on several tram lines is the big plus

Good hotel - unpleasant stuff

The hotel, the room and breakfast were excellent however the front desk stuff were angry, unwelcoming and unpleasant to talk with. We felt like we were doing something wrong when checking in or trying to get service from them. Also, the hotels page stated parking on site but didn’t mention that the parking costs money and very very expensive.

Check-in 4.07.24 approx @ 4pm was a mess, at beginning the Lady refused to put my VAT number on the invoice, because she was busy, or maybe too much work. Then, the room I got was not in order, used from another guest, she changed me the room. In general the Lady at check in didn't give me the impression she understands the job, pretty much hard.

Excellent séjour d'une semaine. Très pratique pour rejoindre le centre ville en tram: deux arrêts à quelques mètres de l'hôtel et la gare de Dresden Neustadt (arrêt ICE)est à 5 minutes à pied ou un arrêt de tram. Accès au centre ville en 20 minutes à pied. L'hôtel est très bien isolé phoniquement et la clim fonctionne très bien. Séjour au calme dans un nouvel hôtel très propre avec du personnel très serviable. Petit déjeuner super. Je recommande

Det var rent kaos mht parkering ved hotellet bare for at læsse af og der var ingen handicap parkering til rådighed selv om det stod det Noget personale var venligt men hende der hjalp os med tjek ind var direkte sur og ikke særlig hjælpsom Køkken personalet var venligt og hjælpsom Der var morgenmad men ikke noget du ikke selv kunne købe hjemme hos dig selv og alt var industri produceret så ingen lækker oplevelse Handicap indretningen på badeværelset med badestol og greb og nødkalds line var super gode der var også greb ved toilettet Men toilettet var alt for højt for både handicappet og almindelig mennesker Lyset ved natbordene var dårligt placeret så man ikke kunne nå dem liggende i sengen Det var ekstremt varmt på værelset og sengene var meget hårde at ligge i Man kunne ikke få kaffe eller the på værelset Vi kom fra et andet hotel i samme prisklasse et andet sted i Tyskland Så det var nemt at sammenligne og ikke bare fordi

Chambre simple mais confortable et il y a tout le nécessaire, avec bouteille d'eau à disposition à l'arrivée. Petit-dej correct, et le tramway est au pied de l'hotel (attention, 3,60 euros !). Le fait que le check-in peut être fait de manière autonome fait que le personnel sur place ne nous calcule pas du tout, c'est vraiment dommage (pas de boujour)... Je n'ai pas forcément aimé les alentours, il y a mieux à Dresde.
