The room i had on this specific stay was not great, but still was comfortable for one night. The room was as clean as it could be just had a slight odor that was unpleasant at first. The staff was great as usual and they are currently under renovation so its expected not to be perfect.. Still can not beat the value ! I will be staying the next 3 nights (in a different room) I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND !

Luckily i only needed a place to sleep for like 8 hours. My kids freaked out. The hotel is under "new ownership" and currently being "worked on". In my opinion, they need to wait til its complete. Pics provided are not as appears. Bugs (spiders, waterbugs) in room. We had to switch rooms due to a mosquito infested room. My 4 year old ended up with several bites, she was crying. We wanted to leave, but there wasnt one i could find decent at 1 a.m. Days later and have yet to hear back from manager. Just dirty and old. I do not recommend this place at all!! Please stay somewhere else if you in town. I'm trying to add pics, but its not letting me.

Came to college station on a last minute whim. The hotel is in a great location, being walking distance from shopping, a nightlife, and food. Yeah it definitely needs an upgrade but the staff was super friendly and helpful and you can’t beat the location or price.

Did not feel safe staying at this location, luckily I was able to cancel and book a different hotel, the staff member Ebony was extremely helpful and understanding of the situation. Grateful for all she did that night!

The price was good for it being Family Weekend. But the room was lazily cleaned and the door frame looked like someone had tried to break in the room and the doors were hard to open you had to almost break it down to get it to open. It was good enough to spend minimal time in but would not stay here again if I can help it.

Our first room smelled so much like cat urine that we needed to switch. Front desk was accommodating. Used to La Quinta being a clean, budget-friendly option. This place needs to be renovated. Second room was acceptable, but felt the facility in general is in disrepair.
