Arriving at the hotel in a shabby street behind the station it is easy to think you have made a bad choice. The building and room are then a big surprise - clean, spacious and comfortable albeit a little basic (eg no tea/coffee facilities.) On balance I would choose a hotel on the other side of the station for a future visit.

駅の北通路からホテルまで100m程度、スーパーReweもすぐのところにあるので利便性は高いです。クーラーもついているので室内は快適です。ドイツ慣れしている人には問題ないですが、ホテルは駅裏側にあり、すぐそばに、仕事を斡旋したりする社会福祉系の事務所があるため、ガヤガヤしてます。ホテル入り口は常にロックされていて宿泊者は入り口の鍵ももらう形で、チェックイン時にはスタッフがなかから開けてくれますが、20時以後はインターフォンでドアを開けてもらうようです。
