Excellent place to unwind ! No need to go anywhere else, great restaurant, bar and pool area. The staff was top notch but the most helpful person was Fernando and he does speak English which is really convenient. I will love to come back in the near future for a longer stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff, but small things about the Grand Master room niggled - no hooks to hang coats or robes, no locks on any external doors/windows (except main entrance door), no heat source. It is all a very relaxing place, however, and the breakfasts and other food in the restaurant were very good.

Biohabitat is the place to go for some relaxation. The grounds are very well kept and the staff is phenomenal. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. When booking I did not realize this was an adult only hotel but the staff was nonetheless very accommodating with my 9 month old. After staying there I can certainly understand why it is this way my only feedback would be to make that fact a bit more explicit so others don’t make the same mistake but aside from that nothing but positive things to say.

One of the most beautiful places we have ever been. Staying at Bio Habitat is an experience in itself. From dining, to relaxation, so scenery, everything was beyond incredible. Hot tubs were lukewarm at best and our outdoor tub had no hot water so just something to consider when booking your room type. Nevertheless, we still had the greatest time and would return again and again if we didn’t live halfway across the world.

What an incredible experience staying at the Vio Havitat Hotel. We were a group of 6 friends and arrived after staying in Salento and hiking the Cocora Valley to relax and enjoy the spectacular views and good service from the entire staff before we continued with our trip in Colombia. I have no words to express how beautiful our room was. We had the Grand Room with a private pool and jacuzzi and beautiful views. We felt we were part of the scenery. The other two rooms were garden view Aviario Master. Also spectacular feeling you stayed in the jungle. I truly recommend this hotel. Everything from the staff service, food, drinks and above all the location and exquisite rooms made our trip wonderful. We will certainly return.

The pictures hardly do it justice!

The pictures hardly do it justice, and the pictures are fantastic! We stayed in the grandmaster suite, one of the aviary master suites, and another master suite with a hot tub. All were incredible. For a couple, I would recommend the master suites with a Jacuzzi. We spent one night in a suite with a jacuzzi and private pool, but it was during rainy season and the weather was too cool to relay take advantage of the pool. All of the views are incredible, though different. We saw a number of species of birds, usually at the edge of our windows. The grounds, vegetation and flowers are amazing! The spa is stunning and peaceful. The daily yoga is led by excellent instructors who can put together a challenging practice for experienced yogis and explain the basics for beginners. The nature walk is a great, challenging way to spend an hour or so. We did not leave the property during our four day stay and were quite content. Some older reviews comment on the staff and the internet service. In May2024, the staff was warm, friendly, and inviting. We had no issues with the internet.

We stayed in 7 different hotels during our visit to El Eje Cafetero. We looked for a relaxed and eco-friendly places. Look no further, this is the Best Place to stay. We only wished that we stay a little longer, but for sure we are coming back. The glass infinity pool looking towards the mountains was the jewel of the trip.

It’s a beautiful place. We were here before but I didn’t find the same service. The food in our other trip was magnifcent but this time it wasn’t the same, it was ok. The service at the restaurant was not good. I had an issues with the front desk too. At the pool guest were smoking at the spa area. I think this will be the last time for us.
