We stayed for two nights, the room was nice, modern and clean, and the host was friendly during check-in.
While the accommodation felt secure, I'd have to say there was quite a lot of noise from the other guests, partly because the corridor is an echo chamber, with a fairly sizeable gap at the bottom of the door that sounds travel straight through. (The other guests' behaviour obviously isn't the host's fault, but between slamming doors, having full volume conversations in the corridor at almost midnight, and yelling while using the bathrooms, they managed to make it a rather restless night).
I think it would be really good to carpet the corridor between rooms to muffle some of the noises, or attach a muffling/brush strip to the bottom of the door.
It's worth saying there is a train which regularly passed quite close too, this was less of an issue for us than the other guests, but probably not ideal for light sleepers.
So maybe bring earplugs, because it's a nice room with a really comfortable bed, just other people doing their best to spoil it.
