Great family stay for USJ!

Amazing hotel for our family of 6, this is my second time staying here and will surely be back. Nice and spacious room, great onsen spa, and really good breakfast. And it’s right next to Sakurajima station so you can either take the train to USJ or it’s a 10min walk there if you feel like a stroll.

Stayed here twice. Enjoyed the window view, easy access to USJ, CityWalk, and Expo, complimentary spa, and the breakfast buffet was worth trying, especially the custom seafood bowl, simmered beef with tofu soup, and kushikatsu (fried skewers) assortment. Oh, and don’t forget to try their gelatos at their attached cafe!

The hotel is just in front of the station so it very convenient, just 1 station away from USJ and the buses going to expo 2025z The breakfast was excellent. Definitely worth it to stay. We would like to stay there again.

Property was beautiful, staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Rooms were exceptionally clean, onsite restaurants were very good and appetizing. Property is located across from train station, which made it extremely easy to navigate all over Osaka, and one stop away from Universal Japan, or 4 min walk. Overall stay 10/10.

Extremely satisfied with Liber Hotel Osaka

The room was very clean and functional. Adequate size and space for all of our 3 weeks worth of luggage. Beds are typical for Japan, a little firm. Train station directly in front of the hotel and a 7-11 within walking distance.

The breakfast is overpriced. Boiled bacon, liquid scrambled eggs,and rather insipid coffee. The chef kindly fried my bacon. However, while better, it still did not match the taste of American bacon. I found the salmon and other fish not tasty at all.

Across from Universal studios, across the bay from the aquarium, across the street from the metro. Very nice. However, getting into Osaka required a bit of planning and time. The hotel itself was excellent.

Not for non-locals

Ok for non-locals; we stayed 4 nights for our Osaka trip, and though it is located close to Universal, it is far from everything else in Osaka. Room cleanliness left a lot to be desired, and room service is not offered. Hotel is catered mostly for locals.

Very helpful staff with professional attitude. They are ever ready to help you. Everyone was smiling to welcome the guests. Though I used this hotel for the first time they were kind to extend my checkout time by one hour so that I could relax in the room till I catch a bus to the airport, which starts from this hotel. It has a wonderful spa system with a large hot public bath and sauna.

We went to Universal Studios and Expo, so the location couldn't have been more convenient. Although it's a bit off the beaten path, it was across the street from a subway and there were still multiple convenient stores nearby (of course there was). It was clean and I loved overlooking the water. There was also a beautiful terrace at the back which hardly anyone was enjyoing.

飯店櫃檯的服務態度非常差，完全沒有介紹任何的資訊只有簡單把鑰匙給我，這麼大的一間飯店設施以及硬體非常的齊全也非常得好，但是卻沒有介紹給客戶，連最基本的房間往哪個方向都沒有說，整體的checkin感受非常差勁。並且對於客人提出來的問題也因為不會說中文就完全沒有提供服務跟聯繫，如果客戶在房間遇到問題呢？建議加強改善。

混雑していましたが、全体的に快適でした。

お世話になりました。今回、万博の為、宿泊しました。大浴場は大変混み合っている状態ではありましたが、洗い場もたくさんある為、順番待ちするということはありませんでした。個人的に、シャンプー等が肌に合わず、髪がバサバサしてしまいました。次回は自分用を持参したいと思います。朝食は朝イチに伺ったので、大丈夫でしたが、食後、出入口から廊下にかけての長蛇の列に驚きました。
