廁所沒有通風設備 異味瀰漫 房間床組清潔不佳 且材質粗躁 剛入住皮膚就開始發癢 房子內還有一個儲藏室 使原本就不寬敞的空間 更擁擠

チェックイン後部屋が汚くて掃除から始まりました。清掃会社が清掃したとの事でしたが埃がすごく、清掃したのか疑うレベルでした。何故私たちがチェックインする前に確認しないのか疑問です。 その旨を伝えると再度清掃会社が清掃しますと対応はしてくれましたが、空のファブリーズや壊れた電気ケトル、電池切れのリモコン等、至る所に不備がありました。(ファブリーズ詰め替えと新品の電気ケトルもすぐ対応してくれました) エクスペディアに記載された駐車料金も違い問い合わせたところ、値上がりしましたとの事でしたが、そんな昨日今日値上がりしたのか？とほんとに怒りを覚えました。何故確認しないのか本当に不思議で、この評価をつけさせてもらいました。

check in 開始 hotel 就搞錯房間給我跟另一組台灣房客, 把同樣一間房誤給兩個家庭 check in, 然後晚上七點就下班, 我們只好在由 hotel 再跑回去 check in 的 front desk 問個清楚. 然後房間其中一間雙人的床的床腳根本就斷了, 才坐上去, 整張床都傾斜一邊, 根本不能睡. 還有一個直接碰觸到身體的床單, 上面不知道是甚麼的舊汙漬, 再來就是出風口灰塵厚度根本不用刻意地看, 就顯而見之. 當初是看到空間大, 我們四個人住, 但好像除了空間大這個點, 其他都有問題. 而 hotel 人員允諾我們第二天一早會來幫我們處理, 但晚上回到房間, 甚麼都沒有變, 還一直跟我們推諉說找不到清潔公司人員, 還在努力中. 說真的, 開心到一個地方去旅遊, 無非也是討個空間好休息就好, 但 Hotel 人員的推諉, 跟 EXPEDIA 的慢處理, 讓我們四位很無言......

貼心民宿

備品準備的很齊全，離美容橋站很近，生活機能都具備了，很適合帶家人一起前往。房間裡甚至還有usb多孔充電線，真是太貼心了！
