Absolutely loved this hotel, wish we have stayed for more than 1 night since we were traveling around the island. It is truly little gem, located in walkable distance near 4 beautiful small beaches. Peaceful stay in Sant Vincent

Modern and clean small hotel easy walking to the beach and centre. Street parking, we were lucky and found a space. Room spacious and view of the mountains, with balcony. Pool in Sept warm, limited seating but we arrived after 5pm so plenty of room then. Staff helpful and friendly. We didn’t stay for breakfast. Would stay again

Charming place with wonderful employees

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a 5-night stay at the beautiful area of Cala Sant Vicenc. Hotel Oriola provided us with a charming and practical base from which to go about our business. It's not the fanciest of hotels, but the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, which really made our stay a delight. I'd recommend hiking in the mountains surrounding the bay and swimming at Cala carbo. It's also a great base from which to make excursions along the entire west coast of Mallorca, as the drive in the mountaineous area is a spectacular adventure.

Little gem in Cala San Vincente

Hotel was very clean and staff were always helpful. Breakfast was excellent with massive choice. Room was good size with a balcony and en-suite with mini bar fridge. Bedroom had ceiling fan and air conditioning. The pool is a good size and you are only 150m from nearest beach. We loved it for our quiet week away by the beach.

Some major improvements have/are being made e.g., air conditioning, greater choice of breakfast, updated bathrooms etc. The staff could not have been more helpful and took particular care to ensure we had a transfer to take us to the airport. Not even the simple things

Room was fairly clean, fridge didn’t work, when I asked to switch room they were full. They came to look at the fridge and they removed the blankets next to the fridge that they had put there and shocker that didn’t fix it. The seal had gone on the shower so the bathroom flooded. The pressure in the bathroom is so bad that the shower just turns itself off.

Signalement immédiat à la réception: fin de non-recevoir totale. Mon recours via Hôtel.com: 3 contacts. Réponses évasives. Crédit misérable de 130€ (14% du tarif payé), présenté comme un “geste commercial”. Zéro remboursement. Zéro excuses de la plateforme. Le problème réel: Hôtel.com reconnaît les défauts quand on force, mais se contente de négocier une aumône avec l’établissement. Aucune volonté de tenir les hôteliers à un standard minimum de qualité. En fouillant les avis de cet établissement, les mêmes griefs reviennent constamment: hygiène, bruit, dégradation. Mais hôtel.com laisse flotter des notes globales trompeuses. Qui vérifie ces avis “vérifiés”? Verdict: La plateforme encaisse 878,90€ en commission, accorde 130€ sous pression, et c’est tout. Aucun accountability. Aucune volonté de nettoyer son portefeuille d’établissements low-cost défaillants. Je suis client français qui a réservé via une plateforme française. J’attends une action digne de ce nom, pas des miettes. À éviter.

Cet hôtel est plein de charme ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et de qualités, elles sont nettoyées tous les jours. Le personnel est très gentil. Bel hôtel sur la cala Vicenc. Le personnel est très agréable. La chambre était spacieuse et bien aménagée. L'hôtel est bien situé à une centaine de mètres d'une plage magnifique avec des paysages bien atypiques. C'est de plus un bon point de départ pour les randonnées. Le parking est facile juste devant l'hôtel. Quelques restaurants autour.
