Hotel is a bit tired.The location is excellent bus stops outside the hotel there is also a tram station across the road A few minutes walk from the hotel there is a Tourist Information Office the staff are really knowledgeable and really friendly and helpful. Lots of shops near by many restaurants in walking distance parking is in a secure carpark at the side of the hotel.A plus for us was the hotel welcomed our dog. at no extra charge. If you like Museums visit the Gazi Museum it is very interesting and is free. Only a short walk from the hotel.and there is a Mall near it.

I have only the best recommendation for this property. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, the terrace restaurant food was very nice and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

Breakfast was great but we were surprised we had to pay extra for the breakfast. I found this disappointing when other hotels we stayed at breakfast was in the the price. The other disappointing thing I found was wi-fi was very limited in time. For God sake 🙏 fix these two problems so I and other future customers can give you five star rating.

Klimalar düzgün çalışmıyordu, il dışından gelen misafirlerim için 4 ayrı oda tuttum hepsine mahcup oldum. Odanın birisini hiç temizlememişlerdi. Utanıp hızla temizlemeleri beklenirken son derece gevşek davrandılar. Dört kişilik denen odalarda bir kişinin çökmüş, eski, rahatsız bir çekyatta yatması gerekiyor. Berbat bir tecrübeydi gerçekten.

​Otelin konumu oldukça merkezi ve genel temizlik konusunda göze çarpan herhangi bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık. Bina biraz eski olsa da asıl problem hizmet kalitesindeydi. Kaldığımız odadaki klima çalışmıyordu ve durumu defalarca iletmemize rağmen hiçbir çözüm sunulmadı. Klimadan vazgeçip en azından vantilatör talep ettiğimizde dahi bir geri dönüş alamadık; geceyi aşırı sıcakta, ter içinde geçirmek zorunda kaldık.
