2/10 Poor

What you see in the pictures does not exist

The hotel is not five stars maybe three. It doesn't have a beach like you can see in the pictures. There is no elevator. You have to lift your luggage up the stairs. The room is large and the air conditioner and toilet were not working properly. After ten minutes we left. The price is very expensive and the value is very low. We don't recommend. The hotel owner refused to cancel the charge. Life is beautiful, we moved on.

2/10 Poor

Booked a premium room with twin beds and 2 single beds received a room with only a pull out couch and a bed. Which was the option for less money.

2/10 Poor

Does NOT deserve a 4* ranking. Web site is very dishonest with many facts untrue. And as a warning, user unfriendly for elderly or disabled or families with small children as no elevator. No working restaurant, beach miles away, unhelpful staff.Nowhere to get drink or snack. Dirty pool. Car essential. We preferred to abandon our booking rather than stay there even though we are young and able. In live chat with Expedia who were also unable to talk to manager

10/10 Exceptional

Sehr sehr empfehlenswert.

8/10 Very good

Vielen lieben Dank.
