The hotel staff were amazing. They were super helpful and kind. The onsen facilities were very clean and well kept. The onsen was what we needed after long walks. It was very relaxing. They also offered massage services. They had free Ramen in the late evening which was greatly appreciated and free cold refreshments after going to the onsen. This was an excellent stay.
