It was a very busy weekend and only 2 people checking in. Long line. The male was rude. We arrived at 4:30 and told us that our room was not ready. Check in its at 3 pm and my room was not ready when I had a reservation. There were people who had no reservation and given rooms.
In SF and many other HG hotels, Handicap parking is waved but not in this hotel. So I had to pay $55 per night.
The hotel is old, elevators are old and sketchy. No complementary breakfast or grab and go, or even a coffee.
This is the 2nd time there and it feels that bc people are just passing by before taking a flight, there is no need by the owners do not put any $ back into the hotel, and the staff could be more competent, friendly or helpful.
