The hotel parking lot is raggedy. The rooms smell like smoke. The hotel pool and gym are out of service. It’s a very cheap low end hotel.

Disappointing stay

The staff were very friendly, and supportive. The morning breadfast room was clean and well appointed. The room was disappointing. A majority of the electrical outlets didn't work, as well as the wall hairdryer. Overall, the room smelled like a dirty old ashtray. The general appearance of the facility indicates it needs an upgrade.

The building upon entrance is welcoming the front desk lady was extremly nice. The website offer beds for infants they did not have that tbey have no elevators so u have to carry your things up the stairs the breafst consists of a waffle you can make fresh toast bagel orange jusice cups and coffee overall for the price its was ok there is room for improvements

I’d rather sleep in the car!

Overall we had to cancel and find another place to stay. After checking in & being in the room maybe 30 minutes, we noticed how dirty and poorly maintained the property was…and decided to leave after we felt we were being bitten. Carpeting was filthy. Seems to be a place for the local homeless to panhandle, then get a cheap room for the night. Staff was friendly but clearly understaffed. Clear lack of concern from the owners, or whoever is in charge. Broken elevator, pool closed, plumbing in disrepair. foul odors in lobby and room. Literally a 0 out of 10. The two ladies at reception were kind and took care of our cancellation and check out quickly and kindly.

The front desk staff is excellent, unfortunately that’s where it stops. The hotel is old, filthy, and has rude maintenance staff. Our room door would not shut, the front desk person looks like the lock was broken internally, we had to move rooms at 1 am. Let the water run for a few minutes not seconds to have hot water. The rug is separating in sections( a tripping hazard) the side door has a sign that it stays locked however that was not the case! The door was constantly unlocked. They is also a noisy AC unit that sounds like it’s on his last leg. Good thing we had ear plugs.
