Horrible stay at quality inn

Had a horrible stay at the quality inn. Had to get my card rescanned twice to get back into my room. There was a bug on the wall right when we walked in the room and no hot or warm water for showering. Very displeased with this place. Would not recommend

NEVER AGAIN! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

I will never stay here again! We did not have a hair dryer in the bathroom also my flat sheet had burn marks on it I called down to the desk and nothing was done about bringing me a new one. The room smelled like a swamp the entire time we were there the air conditioner is absolutely horrible and loud and stinks! Spokennoise the property is not clean and our room was extremely run down with paint scratches doors that didn't shut right the bathroom had a very foul oder. We were not happy but did not have a backup plan and were ignored the first time we asked for anything on Thursday August 27.

It's great to make new friends.

I was very disappointed at check-in to find out that niether pool was in working order. There are many vagrants hanging out around the back door. The shower spout was very loose. The curtain rod was not even connected at one end. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Pillows were fluffy. The air conditioner works great in room 132. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good and stocked. The best things about the whole stay were the other travelers who we met at the front desk or at Breakfast.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights, and overall my experience was decent but not outstanding. The continental breakfast was average—nothing special, just the basics like toast, cereal, and coffee. The common areas looked better maintained than the rooms. Food was not so good, had to wait 30 minutes for a maintenance man to come fix our lights when we arrived there was no power in the room. Asked for housekeeping to grab the dirty towels while we were away for the day and that didn’t happen. Waited over an hour for a comforter for the bed then had to go get it ourselves. Will not go back

Horrible experience. Room was not available when we got there. Property looked like it should be condemned. Room was very old, comforters were dirty, bathroom was gross, shower leaked all night, no remote for the tv, handle on bathroom door was broken. Would never stay here again.
