Used to lay over to get some sleep but they had a really cool lounge with great staff and once again really comfortable beds

While asleep at 3 am, we had a drunk patron whose key card was able to open our room. Thankfully we had the swing bar lock on. Pretty scary since there was state track and field going on in town and this person could have stumbled into a room with underage girls.

We have stayed at this property and like its location as well as the lounge that is on the property for our Adult get aways. The front desk staff was very friendly. We had a couple items in the room that weren't working properly, but it wasn't too big a deal, I let the front desk know upon check out and she made note to make sure it was taken care of.

The beds were OK. AC wasn't working well enough to cool down adequately. Housekeeping was slip shod. I was a housekeeping manager for a hospital so I am probably pickier than most, but this was poor. Public restrooms smelled like urine, toilet stall doors kicked in, lights burnt out. Desk staff on check in on Friday 7/18 were slllloooowww and not attentive. I stay at Comfort Inns when I can. Most experiences are good and I don't expect 5 star accomodations. My expectations for this one in Bismarck were pretty high...but it was more like Memphis. Just dirty. It's a lot of little things that add up. Drop celing grid was rusty, floor heaters were riusty, microwave in breakfast room was out of order. This is in tremendous need of an update and the staff needs to be drilled on presenting a competent and customer pleasing demeanor. That said, Steph at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful on our last day there.

Pretty good!!

Employer reimbursement rate is low, so I took a chance on this property. It wasn't bad! I questioned the safety of the parking lot and neighborhood, but I overall, the room was very clean and confortable. It has an impressive pool and hot tub area that families can enjoy at a great price.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find. Everything was fine except the sink drain was missing the part that opened and closed it. The stairs needed new carpet. The beds were very comfortable.

You Get What You Pay For

I think it is a fine hotel. It isn't anything special or remarkable, but the breakfast was good and the staff was extremely friendly. The room was comfortable and check-in was easy and I was able to get to my room quick. It is a good stop to break up my road trips. It isn't crazy, but it will do for a quick nights stay or for a good place to crash in Bismarck

The place has really gone downhill since it was Comfort Inn. No checking in early even when rooms are available without a $25 early check in fee. Front desk lady was rude. It’s on the level of Motel 6 these days.

We asked for a handicap room. I guess that just means a bar at the opposite end of the tub to help you get in. The bed was not set up correct and we had to move the bedding around and sleep at the opposite end so we were not sleeping down hill. We had to take the toilet paper off the holder because you couldn't reach it. The room had a very strange set up as the refrigerator was on top of a stand and the coffee pot was on top of the refrigerator where you could barely reach it. Seemed a bit dangerous to me! The next morning the hair dryer screamed like it was going to blowup and singed my hair. On a better note...the ladies at the desk were friendly.

Good enough travel through stop.

Very comfortable bed! Hall not very clean. Carpet in room so so. No jets in hot tubs that I could find. Check in staff very friendly. Nice to have the 50%off drink in bar! I also wish the door to outside actually requires a card key. Did not feel secure.
