O hotel atende bem uma estadia rápida. Porém, por possuir instalações antigas, a experiência geral fica um pouco a desejar. Nos quartos a presença de carpete no assoalho nos causou um pouco de alergia. A televisão também só sintonizava dois canais. O café da manhã estava bom. A equipe de serviço foi super prestativa o que facilitou bastante no aspecto geral.

A porta do quarto estava muito difícil de abrir , após aberta NÃO foi possível fechar. O pior ainda estava por vir...... O ar condicionado tinha controle mas estava TOTALMENTE inoperante , ficando ligado e em 20 graus de temperatura, neste dia estava frio , não precisava do ar condicionado. Por sorte como sempre viajo precavido , fiz uso de nossas pequenas cobertas de viagem. A porta , por não fechar na chave , somente na lingueta da maçaneta, ficava aberta e não tinha nenhum outro modo de fechar. Minha esposa ficou com medo e encostou uma cadeira na porta , de madrugada acordamos com alguém tentando abrir a porta, na realidade era somente o vento que fazia com que a porta batesse parecendo alguém tentando entrar. Noite do terror.....somente depois é que eu usei uma colcha para aumentar a pressão na porta , mas isto já era muito tarde e perdemos o sono por MEDO. sem contar que o elevador não estava operante. Noite do terror numa cidade de fronteira seca com o Paraguai.

Não tenho reclamações a fazer sobre os funcionários, muito solicitos. Porem, não tinha estacionamento para todos então deixamos o carro na calçada de fora, o vigia ficou cuidando pra nós. Quarto muito barulhento, chuveiro molhava o banheiro todo menos quem estava no box. Quase não dormimos.

Não gostamos da acomodação em alguns itens, por exemplo: o elevador estava quebrado, o que prejudicou a locomoção de pessoa de idade para o tomar café e acomodação. Ficamos ospedados por 6 dias, e durante os 2 primeiros tivemos água gelada no chuveiro e torneira. Sauna e academia desativados. Os funcionários são atenciosos, mas no geral a acomodação não é igual ao publicado nas fotos.
