This review is for my ADA folks, wasn’t able to find a accessible room on short notice with a decent price, so ended up booking a deluxe room (most space) hoping that the restroom entryway would be wide enough. Called after booking to ask & was told yes, and they even gave me a room on the ground. Cash preferred for the deposit ($100), check in was easy, and they confused my husband’s wheelchair in the back of my truck with being a dog crate (it was dark), so they wanted to charge me for extra for pet deposit, but I thought they had seen my daughters build a bear in the window and confused it for a animal. But when we got into our room, it was spacious, had a mini kitchen area, can’t remember what it had off the top of my head. But within 2 min of us in the room, the owners had come and changed our room to a handicap accessible, at no extra charge. That was very surprising and nice of them!
Room was pretty much the same except for no mini kitchen and the bathroom was bigger. The shower chair did not adjust so my husband didn’t feel super safe using it but still did. Clean rooms, bedding was nice, bed was comfy, fridge worked, ac unit worked.
Only part I can say I didn’t like much was the breakfast and the number of accessible parking spots (1). Breakfast was basic coffee, small bagels, toast, cereal and danishes. But there are plenty of eating options around so it wasn’t really a big deal.
Nice spot, nice area. Would stay again if in that area.
