This is a very clean, well maintained, beautiful property on the outskirts of the main city roads. Easily accessible, easy to navigate and stay at this property. It is quiet, quaint area. Breakfast is a traditional Italian Breakfast, fresh fruit, juices, cappuccino, some hard boiled eggs. If you are not able to make breakfast, you can tell them and they will pack you a "to go" breakfast, which is great, as most adventures start before 8:30am. It is not as close as we needed it to be to the train station, our meet up locations for adventures. It is close enough to locations for a couple options of food, but the busier areas are about 20-25 min walk. We did end up needing a cab ride several times (must request the night prior due to location). We attempted to get a cab at a central location about 10 min walk and were able to obtain.

We loved the easy, independent check in process, which was fully explained by email. Location was also good for us as we don't like crowds and this is 20-30 mins walk from the main Florence attractions but very calm and quiet. There's plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, which the hosts give full details of. It's also a 3 minute walk from the T23 bus stop, which goes around the main town sites and the Firenze train station. Do watch out that your credit card actually registers on entry to the bus. A paper ticket is probably a safer option. The bedroom was spacious and had a comfortable bed, with large wardrobe and useful tea/ coffee making equipment. One downside was that our bathroom (Red room) was across a public hallway so privacy was a slight issue Breakfast was well presented with a decent choice and Gluten intolerance well catered for. Staff were friendly with a good level of English. Air conditioning was available in the room and very effective when used. . The bed linen was very clean and good quality. Although the area is quiet, the building is quite old and little sounds travelled easily. We would definitely come back again if we could have an ensuite bathroom.
