Room was clean. However bugs were in room and hot water was more a little more then warm and not hot and pressure was not that great. We stayed our 4 nights because it was convenient to where we needed to be each day and we had 2 dogs with us. We won't be staying there again

The hotel is old, need to be demolished, drug people around, bugs in the room, tv was not working, no wi fi, people fighting in the premises, bad smelling in the room, terrible reception. We left the location 1 hour after arriving. Please dont go to this place.

the floor in the room appeared to not have been swept, or mopped ,very dirty. There was no shower curtain in the shower, has to request one. The price was good, and just across the road from Silver Springs State Park.

The room was clean. There was an issue w/ the smoke alarm & no hot water. I had attended a Celebration of Life held outside at a park & couldn't take a shower after. Washed up at sink w/ cold water.

The employees were great and sweet. But the rest it is just no. Stained sheets, blankets and beds. Rickety dresser and side table draws. Roaches everyone. It was so bad my dog peed on the floor immediately and he doesnt ever do that. I could not even bathe my 2 year old because the bath was full of roaches.

We walked up to our room and there was blood all over the walkway in front of our door. Then the blood spread down the walkway to the pool. It was horrible. We were late, checked in at 5 but the charged my credit card at 3 and when we tried to leave the said they were charging us anyway because there"cut off time" was 4. I tried to call for help and the KAREN manager said that I'm lying(my pictures prove it) and the 'maintenance worker was eating and didn't clean up from lunch' which was 5 hours ago!!! I still front have my money back and she promised to give me all BUT IN ONE night and charged me a full night for less than 15 mins.

My husband could not even bring himself to check in to this hotel when he arrived. There was a party going on up on the balcony right outside the room, and a guy sitting outside who lived there, but most unsettling was the wandering group of kids who were casing the parking lot. We were driving cross country and had all our stuff in our vehicle, and we felt pretty sure that we could come out in the morning to our windows broken and all our stuff gone. We left even knowing that we could not get a refund, that is how bad it was.

Front desk girl forgot to give me my license back and I had to turn around and go back to get it. No attempt from her to notify me she had it!!! The room was infested with bugs! The shower was so disgusting .. the faucet almost came off the wall!!! The towels and linens looked dirty. We cancelled the 2nd day to get out of there!!!! I am owed a refund for the 2nd day but I feel we should be refunded for both. We were there for a music festival so we got there at 2am slept and left! Disgusting. I still haven’t seen the refund in my account

Room had mildew in it wife had to buy bleach and clean it...the staff were amazing and very helpful butnthebissue is that i had to pay a deposit and never got it back...called and talked to staff and mo issues with my room and their system. Horrible Experience

I was not happy with this stay. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. I reserved a king bed and was given two twin beds. The lamps in the room did not work. When I went to turn the shower on the knob fell off. And there was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. I WIL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.
