Walked in and stood at the front counter for about 3 minutes before the person even looked up from their phone. Non-existent customer service. Had to change rooms because first one stunk so badly of cigarette smoke, and the lamp didn't work. No apologies, just attitude when I asked to change. The 2nd room smelled the same, if not worse, but at least we had a working lamp. By the time we left the motel, every bit of clothing we had taken, including what we had not worn had to be washed twice because the smell of cigarette was so embedded. We opted to not have house keeping in because we were only in the room for three nights, but did request clean towels everyday. They told me no. I had to bring them the dirty towels out so they could count them, before they would provide me with fresh ones. We had booked a room for three people, but the room only provided towels enough for two. Getting that across to them was a nightmare. Ending up at this motel 6 was my fault because I booked very last minute. Do yourself a favor and book a couple of weeks ahead. Save yourself
