Extremely below standards. Food service could not accommodate a group of people Pool was in bad shape, water quality was not good. Room cleaning has to be requested but they did not tell you nor were their signs in rooms to alert you. Elevator was so slow. Overall pool location. Oh the mini shop in the lobby had few items and no ice cream! But it did have Tylenol thanks God!

Door was clearly broken into before, could hardly shut it without pulling with a ton of force, only provided two towels when we had 4 guests in the room, hallways smelled like marijuana, elevators were very slow.

It was terrible first the website said the pool was open then when we check in and get ready to go it’s closed and has been all year. We take a shower and the tub leaks into the room area where the beds are the cable and WiFi was never working in our room and they refused to move us to a different room I had to leave and lose all the money I paid for it.
