I know it was a warm Nov 29 - Dec 3 but the room was way to warm, no air, turned the HVAC system off and opened the window.

6/10 Good

The room smelled of marijuana from the time of check in, gradually becoming better until check out. The room was never cleaned, trash emptied, or bedding towels replaced during our stay.

6/10 Good

Clean rooms but no room service for 3 days. Also bathtub drained slowly.

Stay away

Air Conditioning was not working for the whole building. I actually stayed somewhere else. Very dirty on the outside. Trash and potholes everywhere in the parking lot.

The staff member at the front counter was very pleasant, however, that is about it for this hotel. It is run down and there seems to be minimal maintenance to the hotel and grounds. Their pool, breakfast area, dining room were all closed so it gave the hotel a deserted feeling. There were vagrants wandering the parking lot and coming into the lobby. Overall, a very disappointing stay here and would not recommend.

If you like hard beds, this is your hotel.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel itself didn’t look like much from the outside, but was nice inside. I think the cleaning staff must have been interrupted while making the beds because one bed wasn’t completed. No biggie. The rooms were clean and nice. The beds were like sleeping in concrete. I literally slept in the chair. Very disappointing after driving all day and having to drive more the next.

I was told if you don't have anything positive to say, don't say anything at all.

6/10 Good

Sketchy area. Had to wait every time i went to the front desk. The person working the front was always away in some other room. Staff was friendly. Air conditioning and fridge did not work. No screen on a 4th floor window, not sagw at all for kids especially. You get what you pay for.

The hotel charged a hundred dollar fee that they claimed would be removed upon check out and that did NOT occur!!!

Place is a total dump. Garbage all over the parking lot. Terrible neighborhood. Broken ice machines. $50 “deposit” ??? Still not returned. Very disappointed.

Soon as pulling into the parking lot saw multiple piles of glass from broken windows of cars parked outside. The A/C was broken for the entire building and very humid inside. Called Expedia to get the reservation canceled and a refund. Would sleep in my car in some other safer area than have to stay at that hotel for free. Good luck to any one that does.

The room was clean. The property had several issues which looked like they were possibly remodeling. Could not get any heat in the room. Actually went and bought a space heater due to the cold. Lady running the place had verbal issues with someone in front of us and threatened to call police to remove him. Seemed like a lot of locals stayed there. Last issue was when I ask for a payment receipt she said she couldn’t provide that because I booked our stay through a 3rd party (Expedia). Even though we paid our complete fee at the hotel when we checked in. Had a pretty big issue with that!

8/10 Very good

The first room I was given had a cracked window, it had a gap in it. It was covered with a piece of tape. After I told the staff they kindly moved me to another nicer room with a King sized bed and facing away from the freeway. However their was a small crack in the new room window as well. And there was no safety feature for the window. I could open it all the way. Now I actually liked that but it certainly was not up to building codes. They are remodeling this very large facility and some day it will be nice. But the pool had no water in it and there is no breakfast. Just room coffee. Cheers!

2/10 Poor

Roadway/Clarion bad for people

TERRIBLE: NO working TV, No air conditioning, No Maid service, the FIRE DOORS were locked, the bathroom was minuscule-in order to close the door one had to straddle the toilet and without bathroom ventilation one could get dressed (apply makeup) do to the sweat inducing humidity.Their answer to lack of air conditioning was to"open the window" allowing bugs and freeway noise to enter the room as the widows had no screens. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and not conducive to business clientele. Below is an example of the bathroom plumbing and the water never really achieved hot.

The room smelt musty and carpet felt wet. Paid 100 dollar deposit on top of the stay just to find out theres no pool in use and its summer time which means travel time.. no breakfast bar. The room has a list of damage fees for literallt everything but why when the room itself needs renovated . The curtains were stained . There was a mouse turd on one of the beds . The tv stand and the bathroom counter were broke and holes in the ceilings. No remote and no tv channel list .. why make people oay out their deposits when the place itself is trash ?? I made an emailed complaint and was told id receive a call and never did . I will never stay here or recommend staying here

Travelers: I booked a room with 2 double beds. I was given a single queen bed, which is what I actually wanted, but the room was changed without anyone telling me at check-in. The room was clean and comfy. Employees: I became the third wheel in an employee conversation that should have happened AFTER I was checked in. As with any service industry job, if the conversation holds up the customer and is not an emergency situation (filling up the pop cooler), have a discussion AFTER the customer has been helped. Owners: Your upgrades are noted and appreciated. Take the sign down that advertises for Damon's. It's a massive red sign that lights up. This should be a really easy fix that you should implement right away; unplug or maybe there's a switch. There are motion sensors in the bathrooms for the lights. I understand that they save money, but you have them in bathrooms with bath tubs in them. I was enjoying a bath when the lights shut off in the bathroom. I had to figure out how to get the lights to turn back on because waving my arms around sure didn't do it. I think it's a fire code issue to leave ALL doors locked (from inside) except for the lobby doors. This seems like you would get a really hefty fine if a fire marshal noticed it. Your upgrades are going well; update the light sensors, the secure entries, the second elevator that looks like it's been out of service for a long time, and unplug that false advertisement for the restaurant you don't have.
