The hotel is just simply OK. Pool was not functional and seemed like upkeep was not a priority as there was alot of algae. The hotel did state it was closed however they should at least clean it out and perhaps do a better job of covering it while not operating. The hotel is a little bit off of the central downtown area but if you are looking for silence at night this was a good choice.

The first day I arrived very late at night due to a flight delay, and the AC room was not working properly. I woke up at 4am and stayed awake until morning time, when I contacted the front desk. The maintenance technicians fixed the issue, but after the AC ran, a lot of dust came out from it and got on my food and clothes. I suggested a change of the room, and the manager never faced me even though I asked the receptionist to have a talk with him. Avoiding a client won't resolve an issue. I love the attention from the employees who put a lot of effort into clients. However, the pool needs to get cleaned. I used it, and the tiles are missing, and the pool has created algae due to the water not being treated properly. The pool only added a lot of chlorine. It is very uncomfortable to use it.
