Room was very clean and pool was great, it's not heated like they say but still was very enjoyable. Breakfast didnt have many options but still was good. Location is great, within walking distance of walmart and culvers. Staff was very friendly and helpful, attached restaurant was delicious and fairly priced.

Convenient on/off I88. Great, friendly staff! Walmart next door and great dining choices. Nice, clean rooms with a Huge TV! Great price, too👍Didn't take advantage of the pool, but as hotel pools go, it's big! Will definitely stay again.

Under new management and they are working to make good improvements. Family liked the Indian Restaurant attached. Anything not getting 4-5 stars will improve when they are finished.

Undergoing Renovations, Very Clean.

This hotel is a Work in progress. Can tell it’s an older facility and is undergoing major renovations. It was clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Adequate for work trip overnight stay

The lobby is currently being remodeled; should be nice when it's done. The front desk was dusty from the construction going on. The room itself was clean. The pillows were not good.

Just an okay hotel. Staff were nice but it took probably 15 minutes to check in. There was a bug in our room and the bathtub was gross. We also had a defective lamp that kept flickering even after changing the bulb which is probably a fire hazard. The pool was ice cold. We were also in a room with a seating area right outside it and the light kept my son up all night. There were also drunk people pounding on our door at 11:30 at night so I don’t think the quiet hours are enforced. Breakfast was average. Would stay again in a pinch if I had to but would look at other options first.

The pool looks clean and inviting. The room was not vacuumed well with food pieces under up next to the bed platform and an opened and used bottle of lotion left by the sink. There were no cups I then bathroom. There were several people just hanging around the front of the hotel for several hours on their cell phones. The sheets were clean.

I was a little disappoint ed at the fact there was a really bad smell coming from our room we paid for pool side room and never recieve the room that I paid for . I also had to ask for towels .

My reservation didn't show up for hours. Owner tried to convince me to pay twice, bot Expedia and him since my original reservation took houra to show up on his slow computer. Wasted my Expedia credit also fue to that glitches. He was really nice but not happy about overpayment on that ok room. In a pinch its good, so there's that.

There is a list of issues but I’m just gonna talk about the most annoyances. The room was gross and smelled like they poured cleaning product straight on the floor and forgot to mix with water because it was super sticky and so strong. There was no hot water and the flood light beaming right in the window. The restaurant was a joke and I should’ve avoided it since there wasn’t anybody there on a weekend night. Me and my wife ordered a double vodka soda with a splash of cranberry and he charged us for two drinks each and a glass of cranberry and said don’t worry I didn’t charge you for soda. I seriously don’t understand how the restaurant has good reviews because my experience was not good. I could keep going but I don’t have all day to continue. I will not stay here again. Positive note I didn’t get eaten by bedbugs! The staff was nice but definitely not worth staying.

Surprised by the other ratings. Disappointed.

The man at the front desk was very nice. The 2nd day, we came down for breakfast a few minutes after 9AM following a family wedding the night prior, and the lady working the front desk came into the kitchen area behind us, closed one of the doors and started turning off all of the warmers, etc. It seemed she was shutting down. I apologized and said I didn't realize we had missed breakfast hours. We would just grab some things for my husband and daughter, who were still sleeping upstairs. I quickly sent my son up to wake them so that they could eat. The employee came around again and asked if everyone was done, so again I got the feeling that we were imposing, and needed to hurry up. We arrived back in our room a little before 10AM, and I double checked guest info binder. Sure enough, breakfast was supposed to be served until 10AM on this day, so I'm not sure what the hurry was. The breakfast both days was just ok. Toast, bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, coffee, juice and water. There was a "cheerios" dispenser, but the cereal was stale. The bathrooms were dirty, backed up tub drains, stained linens, etc. Hot water ran out when my husband was showering in the afternoon. The pool was cold with a dingey ring around it, and no chlorine smell. There were multiple plain white busses in the lot each afternoon, and many people sitting in the corridors at all hours. No one caused any issues, but it was uncomfortable traveling with young children.

Horrible

Was there on a yearly trip for family reunion. Walking in lobby looks nice. There is a bucket in middle of the walk way in lobby to catch water from some where. The lady that checked us in was confused on our reservation. I told her my name a details of our booking. I optided to pay at the site. This was huge mistake. I was quoted online at 379. When I got there I was charged around 437 dollars. The hallway to the rooms smell absolutely horrible. To the point we wanted to throw up. Room as ok as far as clean. Tv remote wouldn’t work. Was told they would fix it never did. Had 2 towels for 4 people and had to ask 3 times for more towels. Also paid extra for pool side room and pool was shut down. Constant hammering and other tools. Breakfast was a muffin that’s it. Was told a hot breakfast. All an all it was a horrible stay. Only think nice was the new bathroom also no plugs in bathroom for hair tools. A the bed was comfortable. The mattress are very stained also.
